Just to make a recent personal example, while in some countries the commuting time can be strongly conditioned by the traffic in the Netherlands it is conditioned by the weather conditions updated every 10 minutes (as far as I know it is the only place with a so frequent update). I saw for one year people knowing exactly their commute time and checking the next half hour weather conditions before moving to and from work by bicycle; I was not aware of this method and the first couple of months every day was a free shower on the road [View:/resized-image/__size/16x16/__key/commentfiles/f7d226abd59f475c9d224a79e3f0ec07-435df24a-5b37-466a-a914-7e7cf6e159f1/contentimage_5F00_1.png:16:16]

Enrico

RE: Upcycled Clock - Commute time to work using Google Maps API

Nice update.

Yes, on various business trips to LA, I have spent more than my fair share of time stuck in traffic.

DAB
