More suspense regards the demo video but I can report that the car is now moving forwards and backwards and can turn.

Testing results so far today. The motor class I created for the car works nicely and I've had the wheels spinning forward and backwards with the car on supports. But when I went to drive it on the floor the motors just whined and did not move.

I rerouted power so that the motors went through the voltage booster and I tried increasing the voltage (slowly and carefully) but with no success, just twitching but no proper motion.

So as mentioned in a discussion with mcb1 a few weeks back when hot-rodding things you often have to upgrade the rest of the components to match.

I tried it with the L298N H-Bridge and that does drive the car under its own power. I should be able to rewire it so that module can be used but there will be a short delay....

What this space, sorry to keep you all in suspense.
