I am still a little concerned about the bottom pots accumulating too much salt and too little nutrients, but that is why we test these ideas.

One quick note... I have abandoned the idea of continually updating and posting my detailed design document. It is just too time consuming to write and revise right now. I do however plan to provide a complete document at the end of the challenge. My hope is that the completed document will serve as DIY How-To plan for anyone wanting to duplicate my efforts.
