This works very well, but we might be able to go one step further. Thank you for your efforts.

Now. I thought I would give this a go, but using Comfrey Tea instead of urine, so I went about making a few gallons, and now have a small indoor grow setup to give it a whirl. It has been running for a few days now without any plants so it can build up some helpful bacteria and stuff.

No problems so far, but I was wondering if you have done any more testing yet, and if you had any advice that might prevent me making any big mistakes.

[mention:effa1c581c6d49849f624f21b6bc626b:e9ed411860ed4f2ba0265705b8793d05]

RE: Automated Green House Blog:11.1 - Self Optimising Automated Nutrient Doser - EC Optimisation

I like the idea of watching what the plant uses as a way to figure out what to feed a plant and when.

You might need a larger scale garden to get sufficient usage information to establish a nominal baseline of nutrient over time usage by the plants.

Some of this data might be available at some of the agriculture universities, so a good web search might yield some good starting points.

DAB
