but i had a problem when we made similar circuit but in even smaller size, The pcb is having the Receiver is heating up is there any way to reduce the heating of the pcb ??

How's progress on the project? These will bust your initial budget, but may prove helpful for a more robust design: http://BlueRobotics.com has developed low cost thrusters and http://witricity.com has development kits for wireless charging and a white paper on Highly Resonant Wireless Power Transfer in Subsea Applications.
