Making 3D printers and product design are really interesting topics! There's lots of interest for that on this site : ) I don't own a 3D printer yet, but hope to get into it one day as well.

You might be interested in checking out conversations for any topic of your interest via the Search box at the top, and also the three sections Learn/Discuss/Build have good content on all sorts of electronics topics. I've highlighted Single-Board Computers as an example, it might be of interest for controlling 3D printers.

If you want to see the latest activity on the site at any time, click on the Activity button at the top-right and you can change your settings to see the most recent activity. To do that, after you have clicked on Activity, a few more clicks are needed, shown further below.

In case anyone would like to know more about my background, the thing that got me into electronics was 3D printing! I started out building open-source 3D printers in undergrad, then did my masters in a combination of mechatronics, robotics, and 3DP. I now work in product design and additive, and would like to start doing more personal projects outside work. I did a short stint designing robots at Disney, so some of you have probably already seen one of my projects!
