UPDATE: It works!

I hooked it up to a new power brick and sure enough its powers up. There is a sequence of signals that happen between the XBOX and the PSU which I discussed in the video above and I will be doing a followup video, analysing these over the weekend.

PS I see large copper cooling coils in the back. Does this generate a lot of heat to dissipate?
