I&amp;rsquo;ve been wanting to put together a 13.8VDC, 30 amp linear power supply for a while now, and have gathered together all of the required components. I&amp;rsquo;ve been wanting to put together a 13.8VDC, 30 amp linear power supply for a while now, and have gathered together all of the required components. However, it needs linear regulation to ensure the voltage is kept at the proper level. Sounds like a job for Zeners to me!&lt;/p&gt;
