An Arduino powered ruler sounds awesome.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You made me think. You could also use the setup to project specific lengths of the ruler over an edge, strumming it to make certain notes.
