Some good stuff there. I'll be interested to see what you do with it all.

I'm tempted to buy a Pi Pico, too, as the bit of the hardware with programmable states is fascinating. With the help of the projects scottiebabe has done, I could probably puzzle out how to do some waveform generation with it.
