I don't see a pen control mechanism. Does this mean the drawing has to be one very long contiguous line?

Fantastic execution! Using an all-analog, 555-based PWM setup to modulate visible light is such a satisfying way to prove out the core principles of optical communication. It’s wild to think that this exact concept is the foundation for high-speed LiFi systems today just swapped with microcontrollers and laser diodes. Congrats on taking 1st place in the contest!

This reminds me of LiFi which I'm yet to see any large scale usage.

A great project. I've been fascinated by electro-pneumatic process control ever since I attended a technology in production expo when I was at school.

How well does the liquid level sensor work with froth bubbles forming on the top of the beer when it is dispensed ?

Automatically putting the lids on the cans after filling, looks like a possible future enhancement ?
