Looks like quite a setup. I've never seen a bus move in a model railroad much less a boat.

Looks like you might be missing a gate on the far side of the bridge ?

Also there is distinct lack of flashing LED's and sirens to indicate the bridge is about to move.

When does the camera go into the tug boat ? [emoticon:c4563cd7d5574777a71c318021cbbcc8]

Power fail recovery might be an interesting one as you don't know if the tug is under the bridge when power comes back on or in which direction it was moving.
