The SMD soldering practice boards are cheap to buy but teach quite a bit on soldering.

Element14 should make some custom branded ones to give out.

Perhaps, so that the passives spell out "E14"?

Those practice soldering kits are really nice to try soldering the tiny smd parts, aren't they?

Did you get yours to work?

What is the voltage it should run on?

I bought one too, but haven't had the time to assemble it yet. I always think I'll have lots of time during winter!
