Hi Fred,

It's great to have a project for Xmas : )

A friend has been encouraging his son to learn Unity this Xmas too, as a way of making kids work for their gaming PCs : ) If he can demonstrate he can write a game, then he gets the gaming PC he wants as a reward.

My grandkids are playing with the Legos my son once played with. It's fantastic.

That was great. I don't understand how you did any of it but I really liked it, especially the giant Lego man. Lego is just great. There was a time when I spent more time with Lego and was working on the 3D modelling of parts in order to make worksheets for work. I had a plan to integrate Lego into the electronics degree. Sadly I was distracted by something else - having to teach students possibly, or maybe robot wars and it all just faded away. Who knows it was some time ago.

This software would have been great at the time.

Wow, great work [mention:87db22544d8844169f5ec3635dfac969:e9ed411860ed4f2ba0265705b8793d05] really impressive game that you have made! I need to add Unity and Unreal to my To-Learn list. As a first step to motivate me, I've added Unity to Visual Studio (Unity Games Development Tools | Visual Studio (microsoft.com)). Let me see how far I can get on this journey!
