Love the RC servo looking enclosure. I made a big servo to steer a power wheels jeep.

Now I want to make a box like that for mine.......

If you are thinking about adding WiFi, suggest you look at the NodeMCU board which incorporates an ESP8266 WiFi module and is easy to program from the Arduino IDE.

Very cool! Is the spin motion used to acquire range information to determine the next direction to go? The wheel turned out great, nice smooth movement.

That's a great project : ) The object and edge sensing is really effective, very impressive!

Congrats on successfully putting all this together. It's not easy combining mechanics, computing, sensing, power&charging! and remote comms..

Here is the video. You can hear the guitar being plucked but the sound from effects unit is actually recorded from the plasma arc. It was tricky to get everything working so that it could be heard properly since it's not technically a guitar amp. Anyway, it all sort of works. The sensor is not ideal and I just learned that riff today so don't hate.
