Hi Gene,

Firstly my thanks for your kind words relating to my blog regarding using Raspberry Pi's in the industrial marketplace as we have been involved in some really innovative and interesting designs directly with our enclosures. I really like your use of the universal case system (UCS) which was primarily designed to make it as easy as possible to modify the enclosure by having the 4 flat sides and the top and base being exactly the same physical shape.

Farnell have been a superb partner for us in getting our range of enclosures into the global marketplace and when we first developed a case to house Raspberry Pi's they were first on our priority list to cover the product ranges.

To help others get an overview of the UCS series I've uploaded a video showing the product family which has continued to expand since this video was made. As an example we have one that takes a Raspberry Pi 3B & 3B+ with the 7" official touchscreen which is shown in the image below. It's available in 2 colours, grey and black, and is pre-milled for the Pi and screen. It comes with glue dot screw posts for the Pi and glue strips for the screen and has loads of room for expansion.

This is looking great! Also the modular 3D printed enclosure is a really neat idea : ) It seems very handy, because eventually some of the modular components could be cut from sheet plastic, to speed up the enclosure creation time, ie. a hybrid 3D-printed and traditional-machined enclosure : )
