I have found in network information about captured raw signal from existing Nikon ML-L3 remote control. So, I have decided to use this information and Arduino Uno to create IR time-l..

RE: IR intervalometer for camera

Nice to see someone doing such a project - it's potentially quite handy and something I envisaged when I actually analyzed the code of a Nikon ML-L3 remote back in 2013 and emulated it on an Arduino.

http://goughlui.com/2013/12/06/teardown-and-project-clone-nikon-ml-l3-ir-remote-and-emulation/

Good to see the timings you used match the timings I measured exactly.

- Gough

RE: IR intervalometer for camera

Very interesting project. I have also used IR Remote library but the defect of this piece of software is that it is almost memory consuming... Good improvements can be done to the base idea but are better with a more performing Arduino compatible board.

RE: IR intervalometer for camera

Good work.

I brought a plug in one, but haven't really used it.

Have you seen the invalometer with extra bits here.

Travelling Dolly

One thing you might want to consider adding is the number of shots.

Mark

I might have to start adding my little blue man dancing in my videos ... not sure I can add the music.

OOI what were you using for the video editing, etc.?

RE: IR intervalometer for camera

Great project to add extra functionality to a camera.

Kind regards

RE: IR intervalometer for camera

Nice post.

DAB

RE: IR intervalometer for camera

Nice like project. I had to lookup intervalometer to really understand what you were doing. Very cool.

Gene
