Very fun stuff. I really enjoyed your puzzle. The zero mouse move was the last clue I needed (the delay meant nothing).

Hi Douglas,

What a fun video and thank you for the entertainment (and simple but useful design).

My thoughs went along the lines of:

Egg timer? ....but ~10 a day....possibly you cook boiled eggs for a family each day?

Spotted what looked like an SD card slot. Perhaps it is an MP3 player?

"Does nothing". Perhaps a reminder/timer device again?

"Two lines of code". A simple torch?

"PC and HID". A keylog or replay device?

"Mouse outputs zero". Ah, something to keep the screen saver from kicking in :-)

I guessed it when it did nothing.

I think the same HID is one of the tricks the Digispark does.

If I recall there were some questions about whether it would breach company policy ... ie a device that kept it logged on regardless if the user was there ..

It's very useful for the reasons you pointed out, so well done.

This person did a few practical jokes with theirs.

Hi Doug,

Your projects are so well done that I always enjoy looking at them. Thanks for sharing. I was sorry to hear about the mail delay. There is something very strange going on with the mail service in the world and I am not sure what is causing it. We mailed Christmas Cards to family in Guatemala and they all came back 5 months later. It seems that that Guatemala no longer has mail service. I can get things shipped from China Free faster sometimes than getting things from California. When I order things from Amazon I swear the delivery guy is parked down the street with my item before I even order it. I hope your mention of mail problems does take everyone off track like it did with me.
