I think this blog post is a little misleading, although it's unintentional probably.

It's got nothing to do with Taylor series, but rather a play on someones name.. and the image generation doesn't have anything to do with an FPGA, it's just an exploration of how to use the Wavedrom software with input that happens to be graphic related (from an image file that gets manipulated using Python).

It would have been nice if this was clear from the start, so that I didn't try to study it to understand what it was about..
