That's a very beautiful project! Clever use of enamelled wire. In fact clever use of all the materials, the tea-light base is inspired too. Also good use of the white heat-shrink sleeving, the light nicely diffuses into that!

This would be a really nice school project.. kids could bring in an old USB lead to further save costs.

A really imaginative use of a few simple LEDs and bits of wire. I'm impressed. It is something that I might think about making a version of for next Christmas. I would have to make it battery powered and smart so it turned on at dusk and then off some time later (to save the batteries). Or maybe just operate randomly once dusk has arrived.
