Great progress, Dubbie!

You could save a bit of space by using a Digispark or Pro-Mini board insteady of the Nano, some of which are available in 3.3v models too.

Squeezing the battery in will be tricky, but maybe using a little pack from a toy helicopter would give enough run time.

I've also seen LifePo4 batteries in AA (and AAA I think) format with a nominal voltage of 3.2v and a fully-charged voltage less than the maximum allowed on those boards - meaning you wouldn't even need a boost or regulation circuit.

You might end up having to 3D print an internal skeleton to neatly fit all the pieces!
