This UV light is even more energetic than what you get from the sun (since UVC gets filtered out by the ozone layer). UVC light can damage lots of materials (pretty much the same materials that get damaged by sunlight), so you have to be careful on what you put in that machine.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I wouldn&amp;#39;t say that working with a high power UVC light is safe... you could get skin burns, cancer or cataracts if you are not careful enough... Eventually photolysis of some materials could release toxic fumes.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Why do you say that the door prevents UVC light to leak out?
