Nice work! Interesting shape for a loop antenna. I notice you're using a decent analyzer..

I've been trying to build a cheap analyzer, front panel below. (Not my design, it's some old magazine article). I'll write a blog post on it once I've worked on it a bit more.

It won't be anywhere near as sophisticated as the one you're using, but hopefully usable at a pinch.

Kinda probably works like this one I built a while ago. I added some switched attenuation resistors for fox hunting.

Wonderful project. Hopefully the weather satellites don't get fully turned off anytime soon, just not recommended for use.

Wow - a foxhunt antenna ? It looks like the triangle is connected to the shield side of the coax, and the center conductor is also connected to the triangle at a specified distance with a half moon loop ? How does this antenna work ? Is it directional ?
