The replacement head angle levers arrived.

side story: they were shipped from Erwitte, Germany.
In 1987, when I was 19 years, and serving in the army in West-Germany, I went for an all-nighter to the legendary dancing Klabautermann in Erwitte.
Unfortunately, without night permission from the army staff.
We got caught and it costed me a week caserne-arrest (could not leave in the evenings, and not allowed to go home in the weekend [emoticon:41d3875e132d40cdaee3dc767007b788])

There's a ton of really useful information here, and love the video recordings, I appreciate it's not easy capturing this while simultaneously trying to focus on the repair tasks.

This is my favourite photo, I don't know if it was deliberate or accidental, but it looks like the mechanics blend into the home with the spirals of the balcony just springs on a different scale!

Temporary solution for the broken headshell angle lever:

I put a toothpick in. It 'll do the job to test audio. I use a soft eraser to clean the silver plated contacts.

A few photos of the headshell, the moving coil cartridge and the stylus I'll use.
