Nice project! I'd not heard of vband before, but just took a quick look and tried from the PC keyboard (pressing [ and ] which isn't the same thing as a real key). Good luck with the morse! I only know about five letters of the alphabet in morse, I'd really like to learn it one day too.

That's really awesome, getting it an embedded display would be a really nice thing to add, but I feel it would lessen its reporting capabilities

Very nice! As I have exactly the same goal (learn Morse code), I have built something opposite one day - a Morse sender with PC keyboard (but PS/2 only, as it was using Arduino Nano clone). I will need to rebuild it for USB support one day - maybe also using RPi Pico [emoticon:c4563cd7d5574777a71c318021cbbcc8]

Very nice crescendo to the finish. The power design part is 100% spot on, altho I didnt see any detailed schematic or battery protection scheme on git hub ( doesnt mean its not there, I just missed it. ) .

Isn't carbon fiber conductive ?
