There was a time I could have done with something like this. I used to commute 65 miles each way to work and sometimes after a 12 hour day, driving home on a dark winter night I have resorted to opening the car window and sticking hands and face outside, slapping myself, pinching myself and generally trying to promote some Adrenaline. Fortunately I never did fall asleep and crash. A buzzer might work but you can get used to noise, maybe something sharp jabbed into your leg might work better.

Dubbie
