Coming This December: Help Decide the The Holiday Special!

This year, we will take a break from our regular monthly theme in December (we need a break) but we'll still run our annual Holiday Special. Last year it was Merry Boxes & LEDs and the year before it was the The Holiday Special . This year will be a lot like last year, we're gathering special prizes, and gift to gives like we do every year. This year we'll highlight thoughtful gifts that focus on others:

One idea is "From Me to You" and its inspired by a suggestion from 14rhb. He suggested a theme that covers any gift, food related project or cards that get exchanged during the holiday period. Or you could focus on electronic ways of sending the warmest wishes to friends and family - could be an electronic greetings card, a way to automatically email or use RF transmission to link up via video etc. Your project does not necessarily have to be a gift for others, this will be an open ended holiday competition, but we have a special grand prize for the most thoughtful project.
