Think of a Facebook for Things™ where individual objects, just like people on social networks, have their own unique digital profiles that enable communications, apps and services.

In this Webinar, Vlad Trifa will first give a brief introduction to the Web of Things and how it compares with the existing Internet of Things technologies and tools. Then, he will present how the Web of Things can be used to augment digitally physical products in the context of concrete use cases and examples. Afterwards, he will present the EVRYTHNG engine as an enterprise-grade platform for product manufacturers and marketers to rapidly augment their products digitally, and rapidly prototype and deploy the scenarios he will present above. Finally, he will go through a high-level technical overview of the engine and tools and show how one can create rapidly digital product identities, applications to interact with those products, and various campaigns to track interactions between your customers and the products they buy.

Speaker: Vlad Trifa, EVP Research & Development & Co-founder, EVRYTHNG

Vlad Trifa is the co-founder and EVP of Research and Development of EVRYTHNG and founder of WebofThings.org.
