You can use the WIRE command to draw the areas that need to be routed from the panel on a non-copper layer such as 46 milling. When you generate your gerbers export layer 46 as it's own gerber and let the board house know that the features on that layer need to be milled from the board.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Keep in mind that the Autorouter will not respect the milling layer so it's important to be careful.
