SUMMARY:How to use MATLAB with Raspberry Pi to Collect and Analyze Data from Sensors and Imaging Devices
DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:Click here to view the Webinar video. wZzpOtZ.png This webinar will show you how to use MATLAB with Raspberry Pi to acquire and analyze data from sensors and imaging devices. A short introduction to MATLAB will be covered for the audience that is new to this environment. The webinar will end with a live Q&A session and pointers to tools and resources. Specific topics and demos to be shown include: Intro to MATLAB Installing MATLAB support for Raspberry Pi Acquiring video from the Camera Board connected to your Raspberry Pi Using MATLAB to detect faces with your Raspberry Pi Acquiring and visualizing data from a temperature sensor and accelerometer connected to your Raspberry Pi Conclusions Presenter: Eric Wetjen Eric has a Ph.D. in Engineering from Brown University. For the last seven years, Eric has worked on the test and measurement team at the at MathWorks in the area of product marketing and product management. Prior to the MathWorks, Eric worked in the telecom industry as an application engineer and product manager. Eric is following the latest trends in the low-cost hardware movement and is interested in seeing how software can help enrich people’s experience working with these devices.
