He is currently&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; working as a senior engineer in the interface and isolation technology group predominantly dealing with a broad&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; portfolio of transceivers. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="padding-bottom:5px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Koenraad Rutgers, Senior Field Applications Engineer,&lt;/span&gt; Industrial Market, Bourns Ltd.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="padding-bottom:5px;"&gt;Koenraad Rutgers initially worked for Texas Instruments as a lab based Applications Engineer specialising in precision measurement techniques. In 1996 he became Worldwide Telecom&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Field Applications Engineer for circuit protection products for Power Innovations Ltd. During his time at Bourns&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Koenraad has previously managed the European and Asian Telecom Circuit Protection Field Applications team, and&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; for 7 years managed new product development for the Semiconductor division.
