A good starting point - the introduction has to be simple and clear, which is why I rated this as 3 stars, in anticipation of increasing challenge. But truly a 10 minute challenge, possibly including signing up to the Code Bug website...

Hi,

My CodeBug stopped working. I accidently let go of A button while plugging in to my laptop, genuine mistake, any chance I can reboot CodeBug or is it completely ruined? Could you please help me? Nina

I don't know much about this, but to the Dev's concern. May be at least in the next version try to improve the resolution of the LED 5x5. This message will only scroll once and then stop, which is not much use as a name badge.

If you add a loop (click on Loops and drag repeat while true onto the script), and place the scroll sprite part into the gap it will run forever (or until the battery runs out).

Select repeat while true

Move everything below start inside the repeat while true block and move the repeat while true block directly under the start block.

Copy the code downloaded from the CodeBug website to the USB drive

You can save the file to your computer and then transfer it to the Codebug as you would for any other file.

You do need to depower Codebug and hold down Button A to set it in USB transfer mode ... just as you do for the website.

Unfortunately the sprite movement is fine in the emulator but not on the hardware and the devs haven't got back to me.
