I don't understand what you mean by an IF-DO block.

Do you mean a conditional, IF <something> THEN <do something> type construct? If so these are your options [they're called 'Logic' for some reason]

Or do you mean a WHILE <something> DO <something> style loop, in which case these are your options

If you're more used to using a traditional programming language and know Javascript, change to the Javascript view, write a bit of code and then swap back to the blocks and it will show you what the block equivalent is.
