Flying cars or other vehicles will never be successful until computer and software design can become so reliable that the human isn't needed to be in the loop. Most humans can't think well in 2 dimensions, let alone 3. So, when we can easily buy a car that drives itself on the ground, then there's a chance for flying cars. It's not really a technical issue related to flight so much as the inability for humans to control it. And, how many drivers ould be willing to invest the number of hours of flight training that's needed for a private pilot's licence just to do a basic commute? No, the whole paradigm would have to change before we'll ever see the average man/woman flying to work. I'd say at least another 10-15 years before that's possible.

Nice! I really liked the video; it reminded me of those old silly videos that make me laugh every single time. I imagine that in the future people will watch the video above and giggle as I do today.
