I think you can have the same affect if you make the fork out of lead and increase its size so that it weighs in at about 5 lbs.

I agree with you Cabe, if you are eating good food, slow down and enjoy the experience.

If you just speed feed, then what you eat is irrelevant.

The HAPIfork is basically a high tech fork that keeps track of how many bites you have taken and sends the info to an app on your smartphone. It may be the most costly piece of silverware you will ever buy. But if it helps to curb tendencies to overeat in some, it may be worth its weight in gold.
