Is that melatonin levels increased or decreased as a result of the filters/ extra illunmination and do you mean melatonin or seratonin. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Now 48, I have been a programmer for over 25 years, I work a lot at night ( I know I shouldn&amp;#39;t, but hey, when else does eevryone bugger off and leave me in peace to work) on all manner of displays and quite unsurprisingly, suffer from depression, aswell as deep rooted cinism and irritability. When technical articles aren&amp;#39;t spelt out, that leads to user &amp;quot;interpretation&amp;quot;.
