The reversible nature of this new connector will make connecting devices much easier. </p><p>Innovations like this will enable devices to become smaller, more ergonomic, and provide a better experience for users. </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>It unfortunately reminded me of an &quot;initiative&quot; by the European Commission to create a &#39;Common external power supply&#39; and enforce manufacturers to follow this for mobile devices sold to EU member states.
