&lt;span&gt;Sony has started taking pre-orders for its new LED 3D TV ahead of this summer&amp;#39;s World Cup.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;Sony&amp;#39;s Bravia HX903 is available for pre-order at London&amp;#39;s Harrods department store with the 52-inch model available for £2,500. Sony is also promising a 46-inch and 60-inch model to be released to the general public in the coming months.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;The new Bravia LED models also come with integrated Freeview HD.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;Sony has also reached a deal with football&amp;#39;s world governing body FIFA to film this summer&amp;#39;s World Cup in South Africa, which kicks off on June 11th.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;The FIFA World Cup has in the past been a place for new television technology to be presented to the wider world.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;The 2006 tournament in Germany was the first to be broadcast in HD with UK broadcasters BBC and ITV using the technology.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;American network ESPN has already committed to showing 25 games from the tournament in 3D to UK viewers.
