&lt;span&gt;Mike Lazaridis, the founder of the BlackBerry handset, has confirmed that services are &amp;amp;quot;fully restored&amp;amp;quot; following a three-day global blackout, wireless communication device users may wish to know.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;The blackout has prompted thousands of BlackBerry users to take to Twitter to voice their frustration, with some experts suggesting that the PR disaster has caused long-term damage to the firm&amp;amp;#39;s reputation.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;Speaking at a press conference, Mr Lazaridis said that the company was set to begin a full investigation into the issue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;Apologising for the blackout, the BlackBerry founder said: &amp;amp;quot;We know we&amp;amp;#39;ve let many of you down. You expect more from us.
