&lt;span&gt;Social networking site Facebook has detailed its plans designed to encourage users to share an increasing amount of the media they enjoy with their friends.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;Unveiling the new plans, Facebook founder Mark Zuckerburg explained the justification for the website&amp;amp;#39;s dramatic new design.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;Mr Zuckerberg explained that he wanted to create &amp;amp;quot;real time serendipity&amp;amp;quot;, wireless communication device users may be interested to learn.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;He added: &amp;amp;quot;Being able to click on someone&amp;amp;#39;s music is a great experience, but knowing you helped a friend discover something new and they liked your taste in music, and that you now have that in common is awesome.&amp;amp;quot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;This comes in the same week when Google dismissed claims that it fixes its search results to promote its own websites and services.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;Speaking at a congressional hearing in Washington, Eric Schmidt, executive chairman of Google, explained: &amp;amp;quot;May I simply say that I can assure you we&amp;amp;#39;re not cooking anything.&amp;amp;quot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;Posted by Simon Jones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://feeds.directnews.co.uk/feedtrack/justcopyright.gif?feedid=1785&amp;amp;itemid=800738888"&gt;&lt;img alt="ADNFCR-1785-ID-800738888-ADNFCR" src="http://feeds.directnews.co.uk/feedtrack/justcopyright.gif?feedid=1785&amp;amp;itemid=800738888" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
