&lt;span&gt;New data from industry regulator Ofcom has revealed that TalkTalk is the most complained about provider of broadband and phone services, wireless communication device users may be interested to learn.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;From April to June, the operator confirmed that TalkTalk was subject to most complaints, while Virgin attracted the fewest.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;Despite this, Ofcom observed that TalkTalk had got better since its last report.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;In response to the news, Talk Talk said: &amp;amp;quot;It&amp;amp;#39;s encouraging that Ofcom&amp;amp;#39;s data demonstrates that, following the Tiscali integration, the service we offer our customers has significantly improved in the last quarter with the number of complaints as a percentage of customers dropping by over 50 per cent.&amp;amp;quot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;TalkTalk said that it is committed to providing good service, adding: &amp;amp;quot;We&amp;amp;#39;re confident that our customers are beginning to see the benefits of the changes we continue to make.&amp;amp;quot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;Earlier this month, it was confirmed that smartphone shipments outstripped feature phone shipments in Western Europe during the second quarter of 2011.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;Posted by Andre Dixon&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://feeds.directnews.co.uk/feedtrack/justcopyright.gif?feedid=1785&amp;amp;itemid=800738886"&gt;&lt;img alt="ADNFCR-1785-ID-800738886-ADNFCR" src="http://feeds.directnews.co.uk/feedtrack/justcopyright.gif?feedid=1785&amp;amp;itemid=800738886" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
