It always seems to happen very quickly just when my back is turned. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I once worked on a sensor to measure nuts. Seems there are quite a few toxic moulds that can quickly spoil a crop. So, don&amp;#39;t eat nuts past their eat by date. But the thing I remember most about the work was that there were sensors that measured the sound made by insects and rodents as they ate the nuts stored in warehouses, to determine how compromised the crop was.
