Actually in winters, whenever my Mom washes dishes with supply (cold) water, all her fingers swells. We had water heater but that keeps water hot to the boiling point. There might be market available solutions but I wish to make one by myself in which I can set temperature according to her needs. This is one of the generic breakfast food here in South India, we do cook smaller sizes in home.
