Hi Guys.

The person who is joining element14 needs to place your user name in the "Invited by" field. If you are already a member, you don't need to fill anything out. That's why the buttons above don't really do anything if you're already a member who is logged in. Sorry if that wasn't clear.

And we're sorry about the country restrictions, guys. I'm no lawyer, but it is something that our legal department advised us about. We totally get your disappointment, but unfortunately don't have a whole lot of recourse on this one.
