&lt;p&gt;Some technical jobs are very demanding and I can see where some people would burn out and drop out.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I really enjoyed the technical work, but managing people and ego&amp;#39;s made my decision easier.&lt;/p&gt;
