In my experience, I find that female engineers track with the normal bell curve.

You get some very good engineers, competent engineers and some not competent engineers.

I have worked with all types. Good female engineers are usually very easy to work with and produce great results.

Most competent female engineers I could train and mentor into become good engineers.
