I was able to crash parametric search by clicking on it (using Firefox 151.0.1 on MS Windows) - at least on non-english portal version, after some selecting and resetting all the interactive elements have disappeared until page refresh (F5)

could not replicate on uk.farnell.com

The link pops up a message which says it won't work with Firefox.

I suggest you use a different survey software - and the computer is running

Just a thought. I worked through the definitions of products. What about posting a survey to the E14 community. I believe it would be a great discussion topic. Maybe it would provide you some additional benefit.

no need for an incentive, I'm happy to help this great community by giving my feedback. But after taking the survey and card sorting study, I did not get any response or achievement, did it reach your system? For the card sorting study I needed to switch to Google Chrome, maybe there something went wrong?
