It'd be hilarious if the data lines are actually connected in that cable.

I've seen some hilarious franken-cables hacked together this way at leeds hackspace, some involved vga to dvi adapters..

I wasn't holding on in Belgium but we did sort of muscle our way in, and the people were very good about letting everyone have a clear photo.

Yeh the green screen trick isn't 100%, and many fake photos tend to be caught out with lighting

My daughter did a really good photo manipulation, but made sure the object was orientated the right way before blowing it up and adding it onto the background.

The first size is believable but the second isn't ...

Yes, I did this. I shant do so again.

(well, probably the step one part, it was a good way to stop obsessing over her behavior...binge drinking, so not something trivial like she put the toilet paper roll the wrong way)

Sad to say, not all people in industry recognize, or give recognition to, the incremental steps that often go into a significant improvement. Becoming jaded is a result of repeatedly being unrecognized. Yet, the Oscars always cut the people short when they are thanking the people that helped them...
