Feedback Requested: Notifications on Enrolment for RoadTests and Design Challenges

We're sorting through the extensions on the site that handle notifications.

If you're not being notified about actions on the site, you may want to read: /members-area/support/w/site-faq/27485/how-can-i-receive-notifications-about-comments-forum-threads-blogs-etc 

At the moment you may be notified when Design Challenges are edited or created, and when RoadTests are edited or created, but you're not notified when enrolment to these have expired or about to expire!

Do you want to be notified when that's the case?

  • I would prefer to be notified a few days before enrollment ends.

    Same here. It's a bit too late to do anything if we get a notification at the point of enrolments closing.

  • Definately pre-expiry notification (by a few days) would be best.

  • Would like an impending expiration "last chance" notification 48 hrs before the expiration.

  • Getting notified few days before enrollment ends will be a good feature because when there are many events at the same time, it becomes a little hard to keep track of applications for each event. Specially, for someone who is new to the technology used in that particular event, it becomes crucial to keep track of the deadline because he will require some time to do his research and then write his application. He might miss deadline for any event if he is considering to apply in multiple events.

  • Seems I've found a verint bug in that this poll was meant to expire and show the results, sigh, this has been raised with the dev' team / verint.

    But I also see the results - I'll ask that we have a notification a couple of days before the expiry for those that want it - not sure how that will work at the moment.
