There didn't appear to be a question in your post so, I'm not sure if this commentary is relevant. I went in search of a PCB manufacture this year Recommend Manufacture for Prototype PCB , the resources provided in the discussion were very helpful. I have tried JLCPCB, recommended by a few members and was satisfied with the work. The context of the boards was for a small home project that didn't need to adhere to any standards. The order process was easy. The shipping costs direct, gave me reason to leave my second order at a drop box in the US. Unfortunately, closed boarders due to the COVID-19 crisis prevents me from going across and retrieving the order.

Every EMS provider I have come across, always focus on large volume PCB fabrication. Is there any good quality PCB company in North America that gives more emphasis on prototype manufacturing?
